Message	I take it with a grain of salt, seeing how it is on a site selling turbos. However, it makes sense to me. The sleeve bearing causes more friction, turning energy into heat, wear and tear, where the BB allows that energy to spin the wheel at a faster rate. Maybe someone with more knowledge will chime in.
